      Returns & Exchanges

      We accept returns up to 14 days from delivery date with the following conditions: 

      No exception.

      *NO RETURN on Alternative Products. Any issue needs to be addressed directly with Manufacture.

       

      1. ​Item/s returned MUST be in its original packaging, sealed, unopened, undamaged, unused.

      2. Vaping hardware-we cannot accept any returns on opened product due to safety reasons. NO EXCEPTIONS.

      3. Defective device claims beyond 7 days of delivery need to go directly through the device manufacturer's warranty service.

      4. Vaping juice/liquid- we cannot accept any returns on open product due to safety reasons.NO EXCEPTIONS.

      5. We DO NOT accept return for buyer’s remorse

      6. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be return for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged and or issued store credit.

      7. International shipments-ALL sales are in USD and are final. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES: Due to personal tastes and preferences we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for e-liquid products.  We highly recommend purchasing a sample pack bottle e-liquid to find out if it is good for your personal tastes.  All e-liquid purchases are final. 

       

      QUALIFIED AND EXCLUDED PRODUCTS:

      Due to the sensitive nature of their design, and obvious safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges on the following items:

      1. E liquids

      2. Used/Opened Tank/RDA/RDTA systems.

      3. Used/Opened Coils

      4. Cartomizers

      5. Batteries

      6. Chargers

      7. 420 Products

      8. In order for your defective item to be eligible for exchange or credit, it must meet the following requirements:

      9. Must not show signs of physical damage or severe scratching

      10. Cannot be exchanged for minor visual defects, such as minor scuffs, or discoloration

      11. All accessories included in the purchased package must be sent in with the defective device

      12. Please pack your exchange well. We cannot give full credit on devices that are damaged during transportation back to us due to poor packaging

      13. If damage during transportation is clearly the fault of the carrier, you will not be held liable for damage as long as the item was packed with care

      14. Must not be on the list of non-exchangeable items

      15. The warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accident, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. 

      DAMAGED ITEMS RECEIVED

      1. Customer to contact us through our website contact methods to inform us of any issues related to the product received.

      2. Customer to take picture of the damaged item/s and forward photos to us

      3. We will supply the customer with RMA number.

      4. Customer to pack returned product together with original invoice safely and properly to ensure safe arrival at our warehouse.

      5. We will pay for the shipping cost for returned damaged item/s once we receive it by issuing a refund and or store credit.

       

      Refunds 

      We do not refund purchases made in our on line store.

      We accept returns for exchange only, and or store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

      EXCHANGES/RETURNS- non-faulty, non-damaged and or unopened/sealed products

      There are no exchanges after 7 days and or without a Return Authorization Number

      The Vaping World on line store reserves the right to refuse to accept any product it has determined were used by you

      1. All exchanges - customer pays returned shipment cost.

      2. Customer to contact us through our Contact page.

      3. We will supply the customer with RMA number.

      4. Customer to pack returned product for exchange together with the original invoice in a safe and properly to ensure safe arrival at our warehouse. We cannot give full credit on devices that are damaged during transportation back to us due to poor packaging

      5. Once we've received the item, we will need 24-48 hours to inspect and process the exchange. 

      6. After this process is finished, we will package your exchanged product and email you the new tracking number for your exchanged device.

      7. Wrong item/s shipped- DOMESTIC US ONLY, we will pay return shipping and reship the correct product at our cost once we receive the item back from the buyer.

      8. All other returns- customer to pay for return shipping cost.

      9. Customer must provide us with the tracking number of the returned shipment

      10. Any warranty on Hardware excludes coverage for damage resulting from accident, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. 

      11. We do not accept exchanges for cartomizers, atomizers, tanks, rebuildable (RDA), rebuildable tanks (RTA), coils, drip tips, batteries, chargers, disposables, or any similar product including open E-Juice packages!

      13.  Return by International Consumers: 

      There are NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUND for international orders made through The Vaping World’s online store!

      The Vaping world will not be held responsible or liable for any injury, damage, or defect, permanent or temporary that may be caused by the improper use of a LI-ION battery. Please have a basic understanding of the batteries you are using and how to care for them properly.
